Szürkemarha is a historic Hungarian cattle breed that produces a dark, flavorful and nutritious meat with a low fat content. The clean, natural flavor is perfect for a strong sausage where spices and chilies should shine without overpowering the character of the meat.

Production – traditional spicy Hungarian sausage

The meat is coarsely ground and seasoned with strong Hungarian paprika, chili, garlic, salt and pepper. The sausage is stuffed into natural sheep casings and then slowly cold-smoked over beech wood. The result is an intensely, fiery spicy sausage that is both authentically Hungarian and perfectly balanced in terms of craftsmanship.
