Where can you buy Hungarian food in Sweden?
You can buy Hungarian groceries, delicacies, spices and kitchen utensils online at UngerskMat.se – your shop for Hungarian delicacies. We offer secure payments, fast delivery and a carefully selected range of genuine products directly from Hungary.
How is my package delivered?
Your package will be delivered in one or more packages with your chosen shipping carrier. You choose your delivery option at checkout. Within Sweden we offer delivery with DHL Servicepoint, Earlybird standard, Postnord MyPack or Schenker Ombud.
Do you deliver goods to countries other than Sweden?
Yes, we deliver throughout the EU and all shipments outside Sweden's borders are delivered with UPS International.
How long does delivery take?
Normally, your package will be shipped the same day as the order if your order is placed by 12:00 on weekdays. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. The delivery time is usually 1-2 weekdays, but we reserve the right to take up to 15 business days. Read more about shipping and delivery in our terms and conditions .
If you have chosen to collect your package directly from our warehouse, the package will normally be ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when the package is ready for collection.
Where is my package?
In your order confirmation and delivery confirmation there is a tracking link where you can follow the package's journey. Please contact our customer service if the package is lost or damaged during transport.
What payment options are available?
Payment can be made with a regular bank account card or with Klarna's payment services. You can also choose to pay with Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or UnionPay if you have such an account. If you have problems with the payment services, we refer you to the customer service of your bank, Klarna or the payment service of your choice.
Can I add items to my order later?
It is usually possible to add items to your order after you have made your purchase, provided that your order has not been packed and distributed from our warehouse. You can add items by sending an email to our customer service . Clearly state which item(s) you want to add and the quantity of each item. You will then receive a confirmation and payment details, which will be made in the same way as when you placed the order. The order will only be sent from our warehouse when the items have been paid for in full.
I haven't received an order confirmation. Has the purchase gone through?
Always check that you have provided the correct email address and contact details before completing your purchase. Check your junk folder if you have not received an order confirmation! If you have not received an order confirmation by email, your purchase has probably not gone through. Contact our customer service if you need further assistance!
Please note that you will receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse. The order confirmation and delivery confirmation will contain a tracking link so you can follow the journey of your package.
I haven't received a delivery confirmation. When will my package be shipped?
Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days but we reserve the right to take up to 15 business days. Delivery may take longer than normal if an ordered item is backordered. Information about longer delivery times for a backordered product is usually found under the respective product information on our website.
My package has been returned from the agent. What happens now?
If your package has been returned from the agent, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. We charge a return fee of 300 SEK, which corresponds to the costs incurred by us in packing, sending and then receiving the package in return.
I have regretted my purchase. What do I do now?
You as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing remotely outside of a business premises. The withdrawal period begins on the day you as a consumer have received the goods. However, the right of withdrawal does not include goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food. Please note that the right of withdrawal also does not apply if the total amount is less than 400 SEK. We are therefore unable to accept returns of food.
Our condition for other products where the value exceeds 400 SEK is that the product is returned in its original condition, i.e. that it is not used and that the original packaging is included. Of course, you as a customer always have the right to open the packaging to check that the product works. If these requirements are not met, you may be charged a fee of 300 SEK.
Do this:
- Contact our customer service via contact form or send an email to kundtjänst@ungerskmat.se We will send you a return shipping label (cost 89 SEK).
- Pack the goods well so that they are not damaged during return shipping. Please use the packaging that was included with the delivery. and enclose the original packaging and submit it to your nearest representative.
- Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will adjust your payment. If the item is damaged during return shipping or if we do not approve the return for any other reason, you will be charged a fee of 300 SEK.
I have entered incorrect contact information in my order. How do I correct it?
Please contact customer service via email or via our contact form as soon as you discover the error, clearly stating your order number and the contact information that is incorrect. We can then help you track your package!
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address and contact information provided to us at the time of ordering is correct and that after we have processed the order, the buyer follows up on the delivery with the freight forwarder and ensures that the delivery is collected and received according to the freight forwarder's instructions.
Can I see my previous orders with you?
Yes, it is possible to log in to "My Pages" by clicking on the icon next to Checkout at the top left of the main menu. There you can see your previous orders, payment history, etc. You enter your email address and a login code will be sent to you.
I need my goods quickly and want to avoid shipping costs. Can I pick up my goods from you?
Yes, we offer free pickup from our warehouse in Torslanda, Gothenburg. Select this shipping option at checkout and the shipping cost will be automatically deducted. You will receive a delivery notification via email when the package is ready for pickup (usually within 24 hours).

Are my items ready to be picked up at the warehouse?
You will receive a delivery confirmation via email when your order is ready to be picked up at our warehouse. The delivery confirmation contains a link so you can track and see the status of the package. Click on the link " A delivery is on its way to you " to proceed and see the status.
