Prices and currencies
At ungerskmat.se we strive to make your shopping experience as clear and simple as possible. Our standard prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. VAT is 6% for all books, 12% for all food and 25% VAT on other products. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. It is possible to see prices in other currencies in the menu at the top left.
- Price Display – All prices include VAT and any taxes. Any shipping costs will be displayed separately at checkout before you complete your order.
- Currency Options – You can also choose to see prices in other currencies depending on your location. The currency is automatically adjusted, but the final amount is always charged in SEK.
- Exchange rates – If you are using an international card, your bank or card issuer may perform a currency conversion, which may affect the exact amount charged.
Payment options
At ungerskmat.se we want to make your payment as easy and secure as possible. We We provide several established payment solutions to ensure secure and efficient handling of transactions. All payments are handled through secure, encrypted systems – so you can feel completely safe when shopping with us. Choose the payment method that suits you best:
Klarna – Possibility of direct payment, invoice or partial payment. Klarna carries out risk assessment and identification checks in real time to guarantee safe credit granting and secure handling of customer data.
Swish – Direct payment through mobile banking. The transaction takes place immediately via Bankgirot and is verified with BankID, which ensures that the payment information is correct and protected.
Bank account card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) – Card payments are processed via PCI-DSS certified payment solutions with strong encryption of card data. No card information is stored at ungerskmat.se.
Shop Pay – Advanced checkout with tokenization of payment data. Customer information is stored in encrypted format, enabling future purchases to be made in a secure and time-saving manner.
Google Pay – Payment via Android devices. Google Pay uses tokenized virtual card numbers and authentication via biometric methods or screen locks, minimizing the risk of data leakage.
Apple Pay – Payment via iOS devices. Apple Pay conducts transactions using unique one-time tokens and verification through Face ID or Touch ID, creating a very high level of security for the user.
UnionPay – For those who prefer international card payments.
UnionPay is a globally established option that enables smooth and secure payments regardless of where the card is issued. Choose UnionPay at checkout for a secure, internationally compatible payment solution.
This is how payment is made when you check out
When you have added the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you will first be given the opportunity to check your order and your contact details. Then you will select your desired payment method.
- Choose payment method – For example, Swish, Klarna, card payment, Apple Pay, etc.
- Verify the payment – Depending on the method, this can be done via BankID, Face ID/Touch ID or card verification.
- Payment is completed – The transaction is processed via a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
- Order confirmation sent – Once payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and receipt.
If something goes wrong during payment, the process is automatically canceled and you are given the option to choose a different payment method or try again — without the risk of being charged multiple times.
