Spaetzle iron

Easily make your own Spätzle or Nokedli with a stainless steel Spätzle iron. Spätzle or Nokedli is a well-known food accessory in Europe but still relatively unknown in Sweden.

Mix the flour, eggs, water and salt into a loose batter and pour into the container while dragging it back and forth over a pot of simmering water. Let the batter drip into the pot and catch it with a slotted spoon as it floats to the surface. A great accompaniment to stews or meat
