Origin and manufacture

Pick Paprika Salami is produced by the Pick factory in Szeged, Hungary, one of the country's most renowned salami manufacturers since 1869. The salami is made from carefully selected pork and seasoned according to a traditional recipe. Long aging and mild smoking give it an aromatic, full-bodied taste. Pick Paprika Salami has won several international awards for quality and authenticity.

The salami is cold smoked over a fire of beech wood that has been dried for over two years. It then reaches its full maturity and flavor when air-dried for up to 100 days.
