Smoked Paprika Cream is a smoked paprika puree from the town of Kalocsa in Hungary and a first-class flavoring in almost all paprika-based dishes. The puree has a very delicate and rich paprika flavor that is difficult to achieve with fresh commercially grown peppers in cooking.
