This seasoning salt has a tenderizing effect on meat and produces a juicy result.
Preparation for 2 servings (about 300g meat):
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of KOTÀNYI Seasoning Salt in about 2 dl of cold water and let the meat marinate in the liquid, in the refrigerator overnight. Then pat the meat dry with paper towels. Add desired spices and fry the meat or use in a stew.
