Scrambled eggs with Hungarian kolbász, szalonna and onions!

Try making a really tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast or brunch this weekend. You can vary it in many ways and serve it with fresh vegetables. This recipe is a variation with Hungarian flavors and is enough for the whole family.

Dice the smoked szalonna and melt the fat in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and sliced sausage and fry together until the onion is soft and the sausage and szalonna are crispy. Whisk the eggs together and add a little water to the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the frying pan and reduce the heat. Use a spatula to scrape the edges and bottom of the frying pan towards the centre. Fry the scrambled eggs over low heat, leaving it a little creamy in the centre.

Season with paprika powder and flaked salt and serve immediately with bread and fresh vegetables!
