Scrambled eggs with Hungarian kolbász, szalonna and onions!
Try making a really tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast or brunch this weekend. You can vary it in many ways and serve it with fresh vegetables. This recipe is a variation with Hungarian flavors and is enough for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 finely chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 slicedGyulai farmer's sausage
- about 25g smoked bacon
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- flake salt
Do this:
Dice the smoked sausage and melt the fat in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and sliced kolbász and fry together until the onion is soft and the sausage and sausage are crispy. Whisk the eggs together and add a little water to the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the frying pan and reduce the heat. Use a spatula to scrape the edges and bottom of the frying pan towards the centre. Fry the scrambled eggs over low heat, leaving it a little creamy in the centre.
Season with paprika and flaked salt and serve immediately with bread and fresh vegetables!
