Kovászos uborka with Greek yogurt, feta cheese, honey & mint

Try this simple, summery, and fresh recipe for an appetizer or snack that's sure to be a hit with guests. Mix together creamy Greek yogurt with a few simple ingredients and serve with sliced ​​Hungarian fermented cucumbers for dipping.

Ingredients:

Some Kovászos cucumbers, sliced ​​lengthwise

about 3 dl Greek yogurt

1/2 pkt feta cheese

1 tbsp Acacia honey

1 handful of mint leaves

1 handful fresh basil leaves

Flaky & Pepper

Do this:

Mix together thick Greek yogurt with crumbled feta cheese, honey and roughly chopped mint and basil leaves. Place the yogurt mixture on a serving platter and garnish with more mint, flaked salt and a few turns of the black pepper mill. Finally, drizzle a little extra honey over everything as a garnish. Stick in a couple of sliced ​​fermented cucumbers and serve ice cold!
