Browned Chili Butter

A simple addition to top dishes and sauces. Why not drizzle browned chili butter over a plate of roasted potatoes, a cold yogurt sauce or toast? You can easily replace the hot peppers with a sweet paprika cream instead for those who don't like heat.

Ingredients:

25g butter

2 tbsp hot paprika cream

Do this:

Brown the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and mix in the paprika puree. Drizzle over, for example, roasted potatoes.
