Ingredients:
5 dl Whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Orange zest for garnish
Do this:
Lightly whip the cream with vanilla sugar. Press the chestnut puree through a potato masher. Then layer the chestnut puree with whipped cream and morels on a large serving platter. Garnish with thin strips of orange zest on top!
Place the serving platter in the middle of the table and let guests serve themselves. A festive, delicious and beautiful dessert that is guaranteed to impress your guests!
